3 Easy Steps to Begin

1. Complete request form, agree to terms, and click "Submit."

2. You will receive a reply through e-mail or text to confirm your time.

3. After confirming your time slot, you'll receive will receive your unique link to the online platform with further instructions to get you started on time!

*If under 18, you need a parent/guardian to complete this form.

GUIDELINES FOR TUTOR

• ​I will assess the student for gaps in learning in order to identify the area where support is needed.

• I will guide, assist, and instruct the student, without giving answers, to be able to complete the given task (homework, test prep, etc.) more independently

• I will maintain a respectful environment and maintain focus on the task and/or topic at hand.

• CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You may cancel your session with no penalty before the scheduled session.

  • If however, you request on-demand tutoring in the future, you may be required to make your payment to confirm your time slot:​​

• If my agreed upon payment isn't made through PayPal or Square Cash app prior to the start of the session, I will not be able to receive tutoring.

• I am at least 18 years of age.
